Nivel Inferior

The lower level of the property has three casitas, the carport, gazebo, and the gated garage.

When you arrive on the property you will see a pink house, La Casa Arellanes, which will be renovated in the future. Across from La Casa Arellanes, you will find a carport and a gated garage.

Walking to the right of La Casa Arellanes will take you to the beautiful Upper level of the property.

Taking the path to the left of La Casa Arellanes, you will find the walkway to La Casa Redonda. On this walkway, you will pass the gazebo and a stairway to the upper level, before arriving at La Casa Redonda.

If you continue walking to the right of La Casa Redonda, it will take you to the front of the property, and you will see breathtaking views to the ocean! At the front of the property, you will pass the stairs to the pool and upper level, and it will take you to the entrance of La Casa Chilam.

Many of the fruit trees are on the lower level of the property and include: Mango, Yaka (Jackfruit), Banana, Coconut Palms, Coffee, Guanabana (Soursop), and Avocado trees!
